iam interested in goat farming i have some queations

do we need to register or obtain liecence
do we have to pay taxes

No you don't need to register or obtain license for goat farming when starting on small scale,unless you are exporting the meat.If you are breeding 1000-2000 goats,you can register it under multilevel company or corporation and can claim loans for future developments.In such case you have to pay the taxes too.
No you don't have to pay taxes if you are starting it on small scale 100-500 goats,except IT returns.
