Need consultancy help to start a small scale dairy farm

Hello Friends,

I am looking for an in person consultant help rather than internet/phone. I can be reached

I have small land (2.25 Acres) which is 55 KM away from Hyderabad (Vill: Bollepally, Mandal: Bhongir). It has water and electricity facility. I plan to start small dairy (to start with 5 animals and grow up to 15 animal in a year). I am looking some consultancy help/assistance in:

a) Feasibility of dairy farm in my lad (based on soil nature, weather conditions etc.)
b) How do I get financial assistance from Banks
c) How do I plan shed, store room, servant rooms etc.
d) Where and how select animals
e) What are the best practices followed in Dairy Farming
