I would like to start a small scale cultivation unit for the propagation of Aquarium plants like Cabomba , Bacopa , Ludwigia ..If anyone can guide me it would be nice ..I also need to know abot the importing procedures of Aquatic plants from Singapore to India..Their Licenses and their respective Authorities..Thanking You

Most of the aquatic plants available in singapore will be available in india also. what is the necessaty of importing from there. If it is a common plant, plant quarantine inspection is required from authorized authority from government of india.

you can visit kolathur in chennai, find out more than 200 units who supplies to entire india.

Thank you for your information.Actually i have tried numerous times regarding their availability in India .I cant find them.Most say they are available on Singapore.Most Hobbyist say no one in India holds Proper Import license for aquatic plants.They are getting them illegally..
