I am Naren working in IT and also doing farming for the last 4 yrs gaining a bit of sucess and good amount of happiness in farming. I have a 6 acre farm that i have started developing for the last 4 years. it is been a very good experience to cherish. When I was in Bangaore, I used to spend every weekend in the farm and I used to love my stay in the farm. I like the time that i have spent there planting, watering, providing menure etc. Though in the initial days, people discouraged me of the quality of the land that i bought for farming, Now I have got myself convinced with the growth of my farm so far. One can experience this happiness only when they personally work in thier land. It requires good amount of patience to test and try the crops initially before you can decide which one to grow on large scale. with my initial efforts of two years I found that few crops are ideal for that climate and weather. Now I am planning for full scale expansion of those crops so that I can start expecting the financial returns as well.
