5HP motor can use for Single Phase??

Hi All,
I have purchased 5HP Electric Compressor Motor but that can be used only in Three Phase Current. But i have only single Phase current. So how i can utilize for my single Phase? Is there any technique to convert?

or I am ready to sell also. New motor and Packet not opened and used.

You can not use three phase designed motor on single phase supply ;there is no second thought, so neednt waste ur time;

you must buy new motor

IF the compresses unit and motor unit is separate then you can replace the motor to a single phase motor and starter.

There is also starters available in the market which can convert two phase current to three phase with the help of condensers or capacitors. But these are expensive and have to be fitted only by a technically knowledgeable person.
