I have 10 bighas of land at Hooghly,West Bengal.There is a mushroom production unit(4000sq. ft. centrally airconditioned halls).There is a huge water body adjacent to the land(30 bighas) out of which 2 bighas is owned by me.There is complete power backup facility with a 75KVa generator.Arrangement of water pumping is there by submersible pump.Excluding the building area,almost 70% of the land is empty.This can be utilised for agricultural purpose.
