Need Help in Nutmeg Budding

I have planted 100 Nutmeg plants around 5 years back in our coconut farm, out of 100, 60 plants are female plants (providing nuts) the remaining 40 plants has only flowers. How can we do the budding for 35 plants leaving 5 male plants? Please suggest me the procedure.
