natural farming in 100 acres of lease land near kancheepuram near chennai.

I have about 100 acres of lease land near kancheepuram in Kancheepuram Taluk and Dist of Tamil Nad. Of which 40 acres are wet land with lake irrigation and 60 acres are dry land . Now I have standing crop of 80 days old of Paddy. I am using only jiwamirth for enriching the soil and not using any chemiocals .. fertilizers, weedicide, pesticide, fungicide,or any other chemicals in my natural farming. I am not using the american Earthworm for preparing earthwarm culture which is called organic farming. In this natural farming I need funds for weeding and leaf picking and to pay the mannual workers. I will harvest the paddy in amonth. I need some one to help me to start a cattle cum dairy farm after the harvest. I can pay what ever the interest along with principal in 6 months period. Thanking you. P.V.JAYAKUMAR

I can pay what ever the interest along with principal in 3 months period or even naturally grown paddy/rice to the person who would help me in this pursuit. Thanking you.
