Water and soil sample ??????

CAN some one guide me , where in hyderabad, or in Toopran -medak dist of A.P.
i can give the sample of water and soil to test the quality>????????????? of my farm land, i want to know that , what is the quality of my land and water,is it RICH OR POOR? AND WHAT kind of fruits and veg ,i can grow.
