Hi Guys,
Myself and my brother own a 11 cents land in the residential area in Tamilnadu (Tirupur), but they are not fully occupied yet. Since we have the own land to stay in other place, we are thinking of planting teak wood there since we expect that would give us the good returns if we wait for 15 years.
Since we are not from the agriculture family, i am very much confused whether it is good move. Also i do not have any idea how to proceed this?.. and whom to approach for soil test to sapling buying and good maintenance.
Please advice if you guys can help me to get the information since i am zero in this filed.
