Pepper (milagu) weight after dried in sun

I bought 1 acre of tea plantation last year near Gudalur and for the first time harvested the pepper (milagu) last week which is grown in the plantation. Can anybody guide me what will be the weight loss percentage after drying it.

As the berries ripen they begin to turn yellowish red in color.
the berries are picked when they just start to turn yellow. Sun-drying the pepper berries just before they are fully ripe produces the prized variety.
Red berries are ripe, but under-ripe berries produce better results than fully ripe berries.
Pick berries once every one or two weeks during the harvesting period.
