Hi Agri folks,

I need minimum 15 and maximum 25 Acres agriculture land near Mysore within 50 km's travel distance.
Location can be on the way to Tumkur ,Chikmangalur,near Nanjangud or after Nanjangud.
Land should have good approach road for four wheeler .Land can be in the foothills but needs to be flat for cultivation.
Land should be agricultural land and have good water source ,either river flow near by or good ground water source.
Rate per acres is between 50,000 Rs to maximum of 1,00,000 Rs .

Purpose : Farm to grow bananas,coconut trees, teak , dairy farm, Organic Chicken farming ,goat farming etc.

I am a serious buyer ,please avoid scams and price check queries.

Land is located Chamarajnagar to Sathyamangalam NH 209, about 12 Kms from Chamrajnagara. 1 Km inside from NH 209. South side boundry is dam view and back water. Assured water source having 2 bore wells depth with in 100 feet.

Hello Mr. MSVG for you price with 50 km range is not at all possible in life in mysore dist, if u r serious buyer i can get u around 4-5 lakhs per acre near Couvery river with very good water source. mail me if u r interested to digitalaw@gmail.com
