Wanted I require hand operated Dry leaf shredding/powdering machines

We have a one acre plot in Hosur Tamilnadu with coconuts, mangoes, teak, silveroaks,guava muraya trees, flower garden and veg.

There is a lot of dry leaf from theses trees, I want to use the dry leaves for manure. Can any one suggest a hand operated dry leaf shredding/powdering machine ............ Shiva
