I am doing agriculture in Kancheepuram Taluk, I need for my agricultural operations an amount of Rs. 4 lakhs for which I will mortgage my landed property with out any encumberance of about 1.19 acres valued presently at 11,90,000. I will pay the principal before january 2011 and interest every month as desired by the lender.
