3. Water level from ground level. Nature of water details.
4. Access to the road thar/mud road, how far from SH
5. Soil type (Black Cotton Soil, Red Soil, etc.)
6. Frontage details if it is attached to the road.

1)It is located in between bergai town and krishnagiri. in the village called Nachikuppam.
2)Single owner land.
3)I need to check on exact water level from ground, but farms next to us has a paddy crops & coconut plantations on either sides, so i assume water level is excellent.
4)The land is right on the main road with tar. (the road width is 40-50ft)
5)Its Red soil
6)Straight away you can enter the farm as it is situated on the main road.
