Family Required to manager farm

I have a 5 acre land in Tamilnadu-Karnataka border 100KM from Bangalore. I am setting up banana plantation and in future planning to diversify in to Floriculture.

I am looking for a family with agricultural background that would be interested in staying at the farm to look after it and also assist me in farming. Please let me know of any agency\NGO or anyone else that can help me in this matter.

i doubt, any one who want to stay with their family at your farm, would have acces to internet or check this ad,
u may be lukcy if some one who knows u andknow a family can bridge the gap
