| GAUTAM KOTHARI | The company plans to market the milk and milk products under the Brand name of ‘Pure Kshir’ organic A2 milk. The milk would be only of the desi cows or it can also be said as zebu breed of cows. The company intends to increase the shelf life of the milk so that that marketing becomes cost effective. And can be transported easily to any location at the same temperature. The company plans to pack the milk in 1000ml and 500ml PP bottle the milk. The company has the following option to treat the milk. 1. To Pasteurized and homogenization the milk and pack it in the bottle and seal it. This milk can say for 24 hours and has to be stored in refrigerated environment and has to be transported in cold box. The milk retains the original taste.. 2. The milk is treated by UHT technology and then homogenization and packed in the bottles and sealed and capped. This process increases the life to three to six month and can be store in the room temperature. The only issue is the milk becomes thick and some complain of loss of taste. But this process is internationally recognized. 3. The milk in process is pasteurized and homogenization and packed in the bottles and then put through the process of sterilization and this process increases the self life by 30 days and the original taste of milk is retained. But this process is expensive if it is looked from the milk project only. But if the machine is looked from an independent project for treating floured milk juice and jams then this process of milk treatment is economical Please give us your valuable feedback.
