Wheat grass

Hi,

I want to grow wheat grass at home (balcony).
I am located in Pune.

Where can I get good seeds (which type?), seedling trays, good soil, fertilizer (Azomite ) etc

Also, I want stevia plants. Where in Pune can I get some to grow at home. What other requirement is there for growing stevia at home
