Wheat Grass business - need help

hi there,

i am a farmer in Ahmedabad district, gujarat.

i am having very big land and doing traditional farming of wheat and rice.

but want to start growing wheat grass and doing business of wheat grass, wheat grass juice, wheat grass powder, and wheat grass extracts...but i am not having any idea of machinery needed for theses products and where to sell these products in the market wheather in india or export it....please give advise
