What is the most effective way to store and transport raw milk?

Dear Sir:

I'm saif, masters in agro biotech & MBA major in marketing. Already 7 years have passed I worked for different MNC in sales and marketing. Now I wish to start my own business. I have planned to supply raw milk directly to consumer after proper packaging. The dairy farm from where i would collect raw milk is about 200 km away from the distribution point. so I need to preserve raw milk at source and then transport in such a way that its not sour. My target is to collect and deliver 2000 L milk each day. would you please clarify me the following questions:

1. what if I directly store milk at freezing point? is there any other storage system which is cost effective and increase milk shelf life?

2. If I freeze milk, is the quality/taste of milk altered?

3. Is it possible to transport cold milk by cover van (not refrigerated)? If not, what degree Celsius i maintain at van?

4. If i need a chiller tank at source, how much it cost for 1000 L?

5. which is most cost efficient and effective way of storage at source only for 12-15 hours, a) store at freezer or b) store at chiller (below 4 dg c)

6. How much it cost a milk analyzer? I need a very simple one just to test any adulteration, snf, fat content etc or is there any way to primarily test raw milk?

7. which condition of milk is suitable to transport 200 km distance after bottling? at freezing condition or liquid form (below 4 dg c)

8. How much time milk remain good in chilling tank?
