Rice Color Sorter is one of the most common rice milling machinery used during rice process. Do you rice color sorter working principle? Now please read the follow picture:
Selected materials from the top of the rice bucket into the Rice Color Sorter, through the vibration of the feeding device (vibrator), will be to choose material along the feed distribution trough whereabouts, through m top, shun m way to accelerate the falling into the separation of indoor observation, and through the sensor CCD device and background, image processing, under the action of LED light source, CCD accept synthesis light signal from the selected material, make the system to produce output signals, and enlarge the processing after the transmission to the DSP processing system, and then issue instructions by the control system drives injection solenoid valve movement, in which different color particles to run inside the hopper waste chamber. And good selected materials continue to fall to meet hopper finished cavity flow, so that the selected material to achieve the purpose of selection.
