During corn processing and grinding, there may have powdery material adhering to the MAIZE MILLING MACHINE grinding roll surface. If we don’t clean it in time, it may affect the grinding effect.
There are two methods to clean maize milling machine grinding roll. The pin roll adopts brush to clean. And the smooth roll adopts scraper to clean. The cleaning device adopts lever structure, which depends on the adjustable cylindrical balancer to press the brush or the scraper close to the roll surface. It can adjust the cleaning device pressure on the roll surface by changing the position of the balance weight. We can check the sticking degree between the cleaning device and the roll surface by illumination or plugging scrip. If there has obvious gap, it implies that the pressure is not enough. We should increase the pressure. But if the pressure is too large, it may cause serious abrasion on the scraper and the brush.
