Waste leaves and Egg Shell

In our area lot of hotels are there. As I Noticed lot of Egg outer shell and unused waste banana leaf is getting more from each hotel and going as a waste.
Anyone help me to give idea whether we can use this material as raw material for organic fertilizer.

these both can be used to make compost either vermicompost or simply compost or manure from shells.

I am basically from Madurai, Tamilnadu, I need the customers from surrounding of madurai for the fesibility of transport.
KIndly send me the customer address according to that and pl tell me that for starting this type of waste manamgement business whether I have take any Registeration certificate like TIN No or I have to pay Tax like Sales Tax, CST, ED, CESS etc.

This details will be highly heplful to me.
