There is a 13.5 acre plot as per details below that is available at a negotiated rate of around 3.75 lac/acre. I cannot afford or maintain such a big plot, let me know if anyone would like to join and this can be reviewed.
- 13.5 acres flat land on top of hill in Lonere, Nr Goregoan (Mangaon) - NH 17
- Land has long frontage opening on tar road, which is used by ST buses and other vehicles
- Next to a village/goathan and just 3 kms from Goregoan market
- Climate and view matching a hill station given the high-rise above sea-level
- Water source to be done through bore well
- Nearby electricity is available within the villages and can be sought by the buyer easily
- Multiple tracts of land nearby are developed and used for fruit plantations
- Land is under 32G as of now - can be moved to normal holding

I am also interested in buying small parcel of land (max 5 acres) - but prefer to be in well laid out schemes and the price is also reasonable.
