Wanted Mango farm Manager

I need a Farm Manager/Supervisor in Tanzania. I have a farm consisting of 2-year old trees as follows: 600 mango (Palmer), 200 each orange(Valencia) and lime (Tahiti), 100 each avocado and grapefruit, 200+ coconut (East African tall), bananas, papayas, etc. Everything is drip-irrigated. This is a new venture so there is a lot of room for growth. Nationality,religion and gender not a problem. Hands-on experience on a mango farm is a must. Lots of energy required. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB. Initial contract will be of 2 years with everything provided (housing, car, etc.) I can come to India anytime to meet the right candidate. Mobile: +255 774 444546. Kaushik, I need a person who knows everything about mango farming from grafting, planting, fertilization, irrigation, pest as disease control, pruning, fruit picking, packing etc. This is not an office job. this is a field job.
