wanted info about setting up rural godowns for rent under GBY

I wish to set up a 5000MT to 10000MT godowns in Ujhani, district budaun in Uttar Pradesh for the purpose to leasing it to either FCI or any other public/private institution. I have 4 acres of land and i am ready to buy another land if i get more info about location requirement, cost of construction, how to contact fci or any other party to lease it to. I want to know more about the investment required in building a 10000 MT and what subsidy i can get on it. Kindly contact
