Dear sir,
Dairy farming cabe be taken up on leased land. Please inform me number of animals you are going induct into the unit for the first time.
If irrigation facilities are available , we can take land on lease and start dairy unit by raising fodder crops like hybrid napier grass, para grass etc.
The rough estimated cost for 10 animal dairy unit will be as follows:

Out of Rs.6 Lakhs Bank loan will be Rs.4.50 Lakhs and Rs.1.50 Lakhs you to bring in as margin.
For 4.50 Lakhs you are required to give security to the Bank by mortgaging either land or vancat site or builidng valued around 7.5 Lakhs
