Hi all,

I want to purchase some agricultural land in Sindhudurg district of Konkan region of Maharashtra. What r the formalities? also want to buy a small house in a small town of the same region. pls. contact asap.

Hi, I have 12 acres of farm with a 3000 Sq ft house, Lots of Cashew trees, Mango, coconut, Vermicompost unit. Well water 12 months. Last year income from Cashew was approx 10 lakhs. 2 Tonnes Cashew. The Farm does not use any chemicals. Would you be interested?

8 kms from sawantwadi station. 10 kms from Goa border.
 

Thanks for ur reply. Yes, I'm interested but there could be certain problems like, I'm not a domicile of Maharashtra. Can people from other states also buy land in Maha?? I'm planning to settle down in sindhudurg Area of Maha. So, your land suits me well, but I don't want 12 acres of land. at the most 2-3 acres with a small house. that would suit me. pls. advise.
