I read some news from different online newspapers that vegetables prices become very high because of middlemen. First farmer sell his vegetables to local dealer, then local dealer sell it to wholsel dealer who again sell it to Delhi Wholseller and Delhi Wholseler sold it to retailer. After that retailer sell vegetables to the end customer. Everyone makes his commission and finally the price of vegetables become very high for end consumer.
I also read that as per APMC act farmer cann't sell his vegetables direct to the consumer.
My question is that can I buy vegetables nearby Delhi area like Palwal, Sonipat, Panipat etc. and can I sell these vegetables directly to the last customer i.e. general public.
Please help me and guide me for the same
