Want to Established Warehouse on Agriculture land- need guidance and quotes.

Hi I am planning to build medium ( in 1 acre area) warehouse in my agriculture land that belong to us. It's very near the town. I need step by step guidance on the getting quotes from different companies, information about loans available and information on Subsidy available. I want to use latest technologies for building, maintaining the warehouse and i have plan to extend it to cold storage. Any suggestions, information is welcome.
