I want 2 to 3 acres of agriculture land near any of these places: arani, cheyyar, kalavai, mambakkam, soraiyur, valapandal, irungur at the rate of 1 lakh to 2.5 lakhs per acre depending upon whether it is more inner or in road side.
We mostly prefer road side land or if it is inner, we expect road to be there to reach the land.
