Use of Thiophanate Methyl for papayas

Hello Friend,

Could tell me if you know that Thiophanate Methyl active ingredient it is allowed in the USA for papayas use? And if not, when it was cutted from MRL?
If you know a website which can explain better pls tell me.

Thiophanate Methyl

Thiophanate methyl is being used to control the diseases in papaya. These diseases are powdery mildew (Oidium caricae), anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides), damping off and stem rot. The application rate is 1gm/lit of water.

But are there LMR for papaya to use Thiophanate methyl to USA yet? And if not, do you know when has been discontinued?
