MP-Ratlam,Shujalpur,Burhanpur,Visisha,Sagar,Itarsi,Chhindwara,Piparia,Gwalior,Jabalpur.ChhatisgarhRaipur,Bilaspur,Mahasumund.
Responsibilities
Source business from agri individuals for their Crop and term loan requirements.
Manage sale of products like Kisan Gold Card, Small Agri business loans, Traders Cash credit to agri individuals or trading enterprises
Liaise with Credit team to ensure clearance of proposal
Assist in disbursement formalities
Maintain the existing portfolio (post disbursal formalities and monitoring)
Manage the existing as well as future relationships.
Coordinate with Collections team.
Cross sell other liabilities products like Current Accounts, Savings account, FD Tapping new geographical markets for agri related products.
Sourcing proposals from National Horticulture Board.
Requirements
Agriculture graduate/Post-graduate preferably with MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing
At least 1.5 years of work experience should be in banking industry in Relationship management or sales in direct agriculture related products. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience dealing with Farmers/Agri-input dealers/Food processors.
Should have in depth knowledge of Horticulture and Agriculture
Should be smart with a flair for sales
Should have understanding of farming practices
