Up grading of farmland ???

HELLO SIR,
the land which i have bought , is not been cultivated since last 5 to 6 yrs, kept idle, just local veeds have grown,but it is clean now , can some one help me which fertilizer, or manure will work good to UP GRADE THIS FARM LAND, ????
I M INTERESTED IN GOING FOR ORGANIC TYPE OF ZERO BUDGET FARMING IF POSSIBLE.

HELLO,KIRTI SIR,
I belong to hyderabad, and my land is 60 klmtrs away from hyd, in medak dist , the area is called TOOPRAN.
MY SORROUNDIND ALL THE LANDS ,RIGHT NOW PLANTING RICE, all over where ever i can see.
