Ginger oil and turmeric oil production

Hello Members,

I haven't seen the demand for turmeric oil as such. It is more on the curcumin.

Technology for extraction is "Steam Distillation". CFTRI ,mysore can guide u regarding the tech inputs required.

Regarding machinery, get a quote from Food Processing equipment manufacturers. They will give all details.

btw,have u worked out the market? Reason is for the oleoresin industry, oil is a by product and will be marketed at a competitive price .

Is the qty mentioned by you is viable? Please check.
