Tree Plantation growing help needed

I hold one teak plantation in 1000 Sq Yds site in Shadnagar of Hyderabad, India. I brought 100 small teak plants from Government nursery free of cost & planted. I appointed one caretaker for watering on alternative days & weeding etc. After three months the plantation developed worm attack. People say they will automatically wither without any pesticides. Kindly help with opinion.

My father had a teak plantation, teak is very vulnerable in first 1-2 years these insects will not go unless you do something about it.
