To setup Vegetable Dehydration Plant

hi
we are planing to start a dehydration plant near chennai with production capacity of 1 to 2 tons in a day with my market research it comes around 20 to 25 lakhs for the whole setup without land cost so i want to know is that a right calculation or it differs with the actual and also wants to know some more info as well.

1.Current market senario for dehydrated vegetables about reuirements in india and abroad.

2. Is it viable for a middle class people to run this business

3.what are the vegetble we can do from chennai?

and finally abt myself currently i am working for TCS in chennai, if i am starting this business i need to quit my job and need to start this so is this advisable

without the complete knowlegde of which vegetable to dehydtare, the installment, the cost u cant really quit ur job for this. first u will have to do a research if this busines really works out in chennai.
even if it is not in chennai how far have u to transport all this dehydrated products.
ull have to undergo a thorough training or demonstration Sir.

Could you pls tell me where we can get training or more info or demonstration abt this business because i dont know where to get exact info on this business. i tried online, spoke with small Scale industry in chennai but of no use i am not getting proper response and exact info. if you can send your contact number and time to call you it will more helpful and i can get some more information on this.
