I am a computer professional from Goa and very much interested in agriculture but do not have a big land for this. I am not sure if there is a Govt. scheme to provide land to interested people but I thought that one way I could get into it would be by going in for tissue culture (since it does not require a big area for production).
However I am wondering if there is any such plant that is in demand that I could possibly start with.
Also if there is any company that would be interested in procuring such plants if we start cultivation.
I have a small group of friends who may join in. I do not know anything much about tissue culture as yet but I guess I can learn it as and when I am convinced that its worth going in for.
Since many of you readers are very much experienced in this field I would appreciate your thoughts on it.
