Thirunelveli, tn- urgent help needed-legal verification of land

Dear Friends,

i have identified some agri land in ACHENPUTHUR, Thirunelveli dist and have copy of latest EC. can any one suggest a good lawyer in Thirunelveli dist to enable me to verify the EC. Seller is in urgent sale and need to give token payment. so once EC could verified I can provide the token and seal the deal. later will get goverment surveyor verified before final documentation and payment,

awaiting urgent guidance.

Normally most of the land seller's show urgency. Its their tactic. Unless we confirm the genuineness of the land, its simple, drop it. Tell your time period needed. Its our hard earned money boss. We just cant throw it.More over enough land scams are already there. Do we have to join that party? Relax. We will buy the land after getting the required clearances only.

thanks lot. well said, even though buyer makes urgency we will not going pay heed for that, my relative has already visited place and found in order. I will go once some one can read the EC copy I have, if the EC is in order then only I will go to visit the land and engage in further legal verification, title report, goverement survey...etc.

my plan is that once some one can help me to read EC in legal view I can pay some token advance (very very nominal amount) and ensure the deal. when my relative visited teh land some other buyers was also in land. thats why i thought take a risk paying small token to seal the deal. but that also after EC reading

all major payments or docuemnations strictly after complete legal verifiations

First of all EC has to be put by the buyer for verification and not by the seller. This is the fundamental and cardinal principle of buying a land.


We have some sale able land 100 acres all records perfect & can pick up your one..
Can also suggest lawyer from T'veli / madurai , who specilises in agri lands.


or my partner who is based in trinelveli looking afte these farms
