Does your surround have teak trees do they have a lot of branches did you see any with good grith.
Let us know the same and we will be able to possibly asses if you can grow teak which will be remunerative for you since teak with good grith will only fetch you good money, if not you can for african mahogany, red sander, sandal, or other variety of trees.
