I am planning to set up a dairy farm of 500 milking cows in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat state. We are planning foe a hi-tec farm and hence a high quality milk production is possible. We4 are aiming for cheese product mainly. I need clarification from dairy experts on the following points.
1) is it feasible to run a dairy farm on commercial basis in indian conditions ?
2) What is the current trend for dairy productys, mainly cheese ?
