Dear Sir / Madam,
I am from Vellore, Tamilnadu. I have 10 acres on top of a mountain. Red soil, good water facility and secured from humans (but may disturbed by some animals as forest near to my field).
I am planning to plant coconut palms and mango seedlings in between. As I am new to agriculture, I need suggestions on all parts below,
(1) Possibility of this project.
(2) Successrate of this project if done on that hill. (Offcourse, nearby farms are culturing sugarcane, coconut, mango, paddy etc.,)
(3) How to plan in planting the seedlings ? Should I grow first the coconut and the seed mangoes or shall start simultaneously ?
(4) Is there any other longterm plant going to be better than coconut and mango ?
(5) Where to get the good seedlings near Vellore, Tamilnadu ?
