Suggest what can be grown in my 5acres of land in Bijapur District.

Dear frnds, Am shrikant from mumbai and have 5 acres of land in Karnataka bijapur district with very less rainfall,currently given on lease for growing toour Dal.am really int in farming so thinking to grow tress .Please suggest some good idea what to grow .Soil type is black soil.waiting for reply
