greenagrow is an agriculture consulting agency having clients in india and in international in 2014 we have entered into a joint venture system that bridges both farmer and investors we decide a pilot project for the period of 1 year from july 2014 to july 2015
project details
1.farmer provides the land for lease (we identified 6 acre land with free power supply
with road access location 30 km from madurai tamilnadu)
2.investor occupied the small holding of the land say 1 acre per investor
3.greenagrow provide consultancy and have buy back agreement in fixed price if the investor agree
4. Greenagrow , farmer and investor will share 10:30:60
5. Investor have chose to select 1 acre or 1/2 acre not more than that because we want many investors to split the land for multiple project to study the feasibility
note:- greenagrow only provide the consultancy service, investors should choose the crop and other agriculture practice .
