Setting up New Modern Dairy Farm

Hello,
We are planning to start a new dairy farm in vadodara. We have few statutory questions that are bugging us, hope someone will be able to guide us.

A. Is there any problem if the farm is in the city municipal limits.
B. We have selected a name for our dairy farm do we need to register the same with any govt or tax dept.
C. Is it compulsory to have a current AC or savings AC will do

No, but ensure to not to have any bad smell in the dairy.

B. We have selected a name for our dairy farm do we need to register the same with any govt or tax dept.
Yes, It may required if you want to do it in commercial and to sell the milk on your own.

C. Is it compulsory to have a current AC or savings AC will do.
If you want to avail loan, then having any account is must in the bank from where you want to avail loan.
