Seeking idea for dehydration project.

Hi,
I am Gohilavasan from Trichy,doing contract farming of gherkins which are exported to various countries. Now we planned to do establish our business in the field of vegetables dehydration. I want to get some ideas from experts to know more about it regarding the sustainability and market status of the same. If your having any suggestions in this regard pl advice me what i have to do. Thanks.

Vegetable dehydration is a good option. You can contact safal, mother dairy or pardes dehydration company. they are one of few companies involved in dehyadration of vegetables. They are haccpcertifie also.
