Hello,
In view of publicity given to growing sandalwood, I want to request any member who either grew sandalwood and sold it or know any person who sold it, to provide information. I am worried about government regulations being interpreted by the officials, to make it very difficult to sell the wood. Meanwhile I read that Indian sandalwood (Santalum Album) from Australia is being imported for producing oil and attars. This will help a lot of farmers like me who are planning to invest lot of money and willing to wait for 12 or 15 years before seeing any benefit.
