223 acres (90.3 hectare) land 25 KM from Pune city of Maharashtra (India) on west side of Pune , purchased and owned by company under BTAL (The Maharashtra Ten-ancy & Agricultural Lands Act ) 1948 under Sec 63 IA(ii) for plantation of Ayurvedic medicinal trees etc complete with over 350000 medicinal plants of about 60 differ-ent types . The land can be converted for some other use falling under same section against payment of Nazrana to the Revenue department at the rate mentioned there in BTAL 1948 under Sec 63 IA (ii).
