To avoid all this, Mayuri Nano Ganesh Agro Automation, Trichy, has developed this unique innovative product of Remote Mobile Pump Starter for Indian Farmers.
Operation:
A Mayuri Nano Ganesh Instrument is connected to the existing starter. A farmer has to simply dial a number dedicated for a Mayuri set and then punch his on or off code for the control of the pump set. It can be connected to any existing electrical starter and motor pumps. Hence, there is no necessity of replacing the pumping set. For higher H.P pumps, it can be connected along with the protection systems.
Functions:
1. To switch on / off the water pump from distant place.
2. Range of Operation: Unlimited i.e. under the coverage of the cellular network.
3. To check the availability of the power supply at the water pump end. (Whether yes or no.)
4. To check an electrical on / off status of the water pump.
Features:
1. A water pump can be made on /off by a mobile phone or any landline phone from any distance.
2. In built memory back-up for keeping on or off command into storage in case of power supply fluctuations.
3. In built voltage regulators to operate the unit in wide supply variation in the rural area i.e. from single phase 150 volts to single phase 280 volts (3- ph 260 volts to 3-ph- 480 volts)
4. Zero load bounce back circuitry installed to prevent the resetting of the units in case of heavy electrical load transients.
5. Indicators: Mains on, Code transmission on, starter on. Code transmission on is very much useful for detecting the key operations from the remote end mobile to pump end mobile.
6. A cellular network should be available at the pump end.
7. Auto / Remote facility available. Hence, in case of any problem or doubt in unit, one can run the pump set manually. Hence, irrigation can be continued even if the system is connected to the starter.
