We are getting 20-22 cubic feet of timber on completion 15 years by planting the Tissue Culture teak.And also the market rate teak will be as follows 60 years & above one cft timber cost = ₹ 5000/-
40 years & above one cft timber cost = ₹ 3500/-
20 years & below one cft timber cost.= ₹ 1500/-

But stump promoted teak sapling maturity will be minimum 30 to 40 years( yield patern will be 20 to 25 cft)

The above quoted rates of teak timber based our jurisdiction.Some slight variation will be there zone to zone.
